There is a wonderful old hymn, "Give the Flowers to the Living." I can only remember the first two lines of the lyrics: Give the flowers to the living, let sweet fragrance fill the air...." If anyone remembers this song, I would appreciate knowing the rest of the lyrics. Thank you. Grandymom

Maintenance! Some people don't realize that it takes maintenance to keep a marriage going well. Do the maintenance and you can avoid the costly repairs. Glad you're back Dino.

Ok so you hit way to many good topics on this little message so I hope to see a continuation on some.

You know what I thought, your dime here even applies to shotgun weddings.
If good got you in there, it can help keep you there as well :)
Not the preferred way to matrimony but it does have some truth to it.

Man this is a place where most people in our ure has no idea of the roadmap to follow. There are very few from the Baby Boomers on to the Teenagers of today who are leaving the legacy of Commitment to follow.
Yeah, I agree good people make bad choices that end up in failed marriages but the fact is so many times this starts off with Stinking Thinking. If you let the seed of doubt creep in and the idea settle in that if it gets uncomfortable enough I have a way out. You can bet one thing for sure. That is exactly what will come about. So how about we all take the time to put the seed of Dino's Dime into our mind and stay committed.

Good Stuff Bro

Helloooo Dino,

Obviously I found your web site, it has good reading. Hopefully all of you made it home on time, and I hope chad made his daughters play. I don't have an e-mail address for chad to drop him a line so please pass on a hello to him and Bill for me. I hope you didn't stop putting out your words of wisdom I noticed you haven't written anything since you returned from your trip. Keep up the good news and drop me a line when you have time.

                                                       keep your head up,

So...its pretty crazy that you posted this today...because I posted something pretty similar on my blog as well. Its cool that God can leave the same thing on multiple people's hearts at the same time. But you are so right, far too often we wait too long to tell those most important to us just how much they mean to us.

Hey boy!
I am loving your site...although I can just imagine how long it takes you to type it out haha...You've always been kind of slow :) But I love what you are writing, and you are so right. So often we forget just how much we do have to be thankful for. The smallest things we take for granted-God has been reminding me of that lately. Even something simple like being able to use both arms to cut your own food or brush your teeth and bend your neck enough to spit in the sink haha. Nothing is too small to be thankful for!! :)
Thanks for the reminder!
Miss you and love you guys!!
